Running Coaching Built Around You

There’s no single training plan that works for every runner.

Your experience, goals, lifestyle and available time are all different, so your training should be too.

My approach starts with understanding where you are now, where you want to get to and what we can realistically fit around the rest of your life.

1:1 & Small Group Running Coaching

If you’re based in Wolverhampton, I offer in-person 1:1 and small group running coaching.

The focus is on helping you understand your running, train more effectively and make consistent progress towards your goals.

Bespoke Training Plans

Your training shouldn’t be built around someone else’s lifestyle.

I’ll create a training plan based on your current running ability,
experience, goals and the amount of time you realistically have available.

The aim is to give you a clear plan you can actually follow consistently.

You don’t need to be based in wolverhampton to work with me.

My online running coaching gives you personal coaching and support wherever you are, with training built around you and your goals.

Race-Specific Running Coaching

Got a race in the diary?

Whether you’re preparing for your first event or chasing a new personal best, I can help you prepare for: 5K, 10K, Half Marathon

We’ll work towards your race with a structured approach that takes into account your current ability, available training time and the goal you’re working towards.

My Approach To Running Coaching

Sustainable Training

Your training needs to work for the long term, not just for the next few weeks.

Consistency Over Intensity

Small, consistent improvements will beat occasional heroic efforts.

Enjoy the Journey

Running should add to your life, not become another source of pressure and stress.

Injury Prevention

Healthy runners improve faster than injured runners. Staying healthy and able to train consistently is an important part of making progress.

Imperfect Action

You don’t have to get every session or every week perfect.

Imperfect action will always beat perfect inaction.

Let’s Talk About Your Running

Tell me where you are with your running now, what you’d like to achieve and what’s currently getting in your way.

We can then look at the right coaching approach for you.
